Obviously our number one priority is ensuring your pet stays happy and healthy at all times. If your pet was to become ill and need veterinary attention we will contact your usual Veterinary Surgeon/Clinic as per your instructions given at your "Pet Consultation"  

If your pet has on-going medical treatment and needs regular veterinary visits, we can work with your vet to ensure your pet receives all the proper care necessary whilst you are away. A returnable deposit will be required in advance to cover possible further treatment and/or veterinary visits.

If emergency care is needed out of your usual veterinary clinic opening hours we will contact the Dubai Emergency Veterinary Service.
