If you choose to participate in our Ready Keyz Programme, we keep a copy of your house key safely and securely in our possesion. The Ready Keyz Programme allows us to keep your house keys on file so that future key pick-ups can be avoided as well as the AED50 Key collect charges applicable for all pick ups and drop offs. This also allows us to take future reservations via our Repeat Request form and accommodate short notice requests. Ready Keyz membership is free.

For your security, all keys that are not in use are stored in a secure key safe. These keys are security coded, and do not have your name or address on them.

This complimentary service is popular with clients that utilize our services frequently, if you are a frequent flyer, aircraft crew, if you buzz around the region on business on a regular basis and at sometimes short notice then this scheme is perfect for you and your pet.

Readykeyz holders are guaranteed pet sitting at any time (Night Sitz where there is availability) this high value service is not offered anywhere else in Dubai.

This programme is required for the Walkeez and Pet Stopz services.

We also provide a lock-out service in case you accidentally lock yourself out of your home. All keys are coded and kept in a locked safe with Homely Petz.

This programme can be cancelled at any time (minimum 48 hours notice required) and your house keys will be promptly returned to you.
