Our pets are part of the family - and part of our everyday life. They love us unconditionally and want nothing more than our affection and to be permanently connected to us. As pet owners, you do everything you can to ensure your pet's health, safety and welfare. Part of ensuring your pet's safety is through proper identification. While collar tags provide an effective means for identification of your pet, they can be lost, altered or removed. As a secondary precaution, chipping is recommended to provide your pet with a permanent, unique identification.

What is Pet Alertz?

Pet Alertz is aimed at the pet owner who leaves their pet in the care of another person ie a friend, relative, maid or gardener etc whilst out of the country.  Pet Alertz is a 24 hour, 7 days a week service dedicated to creating permanent contact connections with your pet to us and to you.

How does Pet Alertz work?

A subscription to Pet Alertz includes an engraved ID Tag for your pet to wear whilst you are away with a Pet Alertz ID number and telephone number on. If a pet is lost whilst the owner is out of the country the contact number/s on the pet's collar can be switched off or not working. A Pet Alertz tag ensures your pet has an "active" emergency number within Dubai on them at all times. If your pet was to be found and our contact number called we will identify and collect your pet from the founder and return him home to your pet carer.

How do I get a Pet Alertz Subscription?

Simply contact us we will visit you and your pet. We will take a photograph of your pet, attach a Pet Alertz ID Tag on him, ensure we have all your contact details, your pet's microchip number and your Dubai carer's contact numbers and of course your address. You will inform us of your travel dates and keep us updated of any changes in contact details whilst you are away via email or SMS (text).

Costs are calculated on a daily or weekly rate, a returnable deposit is required for the tag, on the tag being returned you will receive the deposit.

It's as easy as that! Rest assured that when someone finds your missing pet there is the added security that someone in Dubai knows where your pet's home is.....and can act on it!

Your home address will not be disclosed to any third parties. We will endeavor to keep the information you provide to us, about your pet, in a safe, and secure environment. It will not be available to outside sources, and will be encripted to ensure your private information. Our intent is to simply provide a fast and accurate record of your pets details in the event your pet should go missing.
