Homely Petz is continually growing and looking for animal lovers. Our positions are fun and flexible. Great for mums and for people who have a part time job. We are lucky to have a great group of people working with us. Everyone is so responsible and has an absolute love for animals. All pet sitters help one another to make sure that all the pets in our care get the best care. You must be 21 years old or older and have your own car. You will be required to complete and sign a non-disclosure/non-compete contract and provide 3 excellent, trackable references. All positions are as needed part time positions, which means that you are required to work as we need you in the areas you are hired for. Pet care visits are up to 30 minutes and can be scheduled in the am, mid day, supper and/or pm visit time periods. If someone goes away for 3 weeks and needs 2 visits (am/pm) per day, we want only one pet carer to do the entire 3 weeks, 2x per day. It is much easier on the pets, the pet carer, scheduling and much more. However, if you cannot do a visit for any reason, we would call your back up pet carer.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who would be happy caring for pets on a short time basis supplementing their income without a full-time commitment. It is a fantastic way of meeting new two and four-legged friends who will ALWAYS appreciate the kindness shown and will want to come back again and again.

Are you an experienced pet lover?

Are you over 21 years of age?
Can you give a pet plenty of loving care and attention?

Do you have several years experience of working with domestic animals?
Are you reliable, honest, and a trustworthy person?
Do you have your own transport?
Can you provide 3 excellent references?


All potential pet carers/groomers will be security background checked.

We are always looking for responsible people to work with us in Abu Dhabi.
You will need to be dotty about animals, have experience in dealing
with them. We will train you and if you remain with us you can go
on to do our Pet Carer First Aid Course and possibly progress to
support our pet training personnel. Trustworthiness, bags of
common sense, ability to follow client's instructions to the letter,
and experience with animals are the key criteria.
This may only be ad hoc work and it is often seasonal.
