As you can imagine we get absolutely bowled over with festive bookings and because of this we suggest you book as soon as you know your dates, once we are full we are full.  Our Pet Carers can only see so many pets during the day to provide the high level of care and of course they also need to enjoy their own Christmas and New Years Eve too.... so please help us to help you!

A suggestion for new clients - if you think you will probably want to use us but not sure of your dates yet, then contact us to get your Pet Consultation done, this is necessary for all new clients and can slow things down for you if left to the last minute. At this time you can also pay your deposit. You can have a pet consultation (AED100) at any time.

A suggestion for regular clients - pay your deposit now, even if you are not sure of your dates, we can accommodate a few days difference.

To confirm all bookings over the Christmas period a non-returnable deposit of 50% of the total booking is required, without
this paid there are no guarantees of service.

"Christmas Pet Proofing" - decorations, tinsel, tree, presents, chocolate are all out of the ordinary risks to your pet,
